About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will be critical to defining and executing product strategy for AI-powered digital health solutions. We’re all about making sure that AI has the opportunity to have a real impact in healthcare, improving the lives of people every day. To do this we need to combine a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI, delivering value often, measuring our impact, and committing to the importance of ethics and privacy. AI is not a feature, a product, or a solution - it’s a way of delivering value in new and impactful ways in everything we do. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, software engineers, clinical experts, UX, and more to create and deliver exceptional and engaging product experiences that improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital health market, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop innovative, user-centric products that address identified market needs
Work daily with our machine learning / AI engineers to ensure that LLMs, ML-based computer vision models, and other AI technologies are a core part of our products and that they have a clear path to immediate patient impact
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing iteration and improvement
Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to inform product decisions and ensure product success
Develop product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and wireframes, to guide product development efforts
Help navigate FDA regulations, ensuring compliance and successful regulatory submissions for our digital health solutions
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital health, AI, and product management

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management
1+ years of experience working on an AI-powered product
Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact products
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and domain experts
Experience working with Agile software development teams within frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Passion for improving healthcare through AI-powered solutions

Beneficial, but absolutely not required

Experience in product management in the digital health or healthcare industry
Experience leading and mentoring product teams
Experience working on large language models or other AI technologies
Passion for and ability to create simple, engaging user experiences
Experience working with SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), good documentation practice (GDP), and risk management (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
