About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript. You will work closely with product managers, UX, AI engineers, quality engineers, and domain experts to deliver impactful AI-enabled products and features that meet the needs of clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, and APIs using TypeScript with Nest.js

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to implement new features and improve existing ones

  • Actively participate in code reviews to ensure rapid delivery of code while maintaining code quality and sharing best practices

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience (note: we’re hiring for a wide range of experience, so it really is 3+, not 3-5 or some other range like that)

  • Proficiency in Node, React, React Native, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with React Native tools like Expo, EAS, Fastlane

  • Experience writing and consuming REST APIs

  • Experience with Git

  • Good troubleshooting skills

  • Comfort working in a small, remote team-based environment

  • A drive to add value for our patients and clinicians daily


Beneficial, but absolutely not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with the MUI’s material UI components

  • Experience working on React Native “Native Modules” using Objective-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin

  • Familiarity with NestJS, TypeORM, and/or tRPC

  • Experience integrating machine learning solutions into production applications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
